On the premises of a former brickworks in Ismaning north of Munich a team of specialists guarantees smooth and highly efficient live broadcasting from HSE24's own ultra-modern television studios. From the host's styling all the way to perfect product presentation in front of the camera - here everything comes from one source.
The success of the programme and demand for each product is monitored live and directly from the state-of-the-art studio connected online to the Call Center. Benefiting from this immediate knowledge, the production team can intervene directly into the programme in order to optimise the process of sales presentation.
"Live" stands for speed and flexibility. Being a trade company, HSE24 is able to respond immediately to the latest trends. Do you have an innovative product to be aired as quickly as possibly? Ultra-Modern Technical Equipment
Studio equipment: Two digital video and two digital audio consoles, multi-channel production and playout servers, graphic machines and up to ten cameras are used daily for on-air presentations. Apart from an electronic broadcasting unit, pre-recording of products and three manned studio cameras, no less than eight remote cameras are constantly available. These are remote-controlled during the programme by a cameraman spe-cially trained for this particular job. To present the programme clearly and convincingly right from the start in the preview, two digital graphic computers are used for both on-air promotion and trailer production. Ultra-modern technical equipment in every respect.
The Stars Behind the Scenes
Image and presentation directors, make-up artists, stage directors, producers, prop specialists - the stars behind the scenes. Without them it would be impossible to produce the programmes the way they are.
Teleshopping is growing, not least thanks to the growing acceptance of the concept by customers. Since the year 2000 the number of employees has more than doubled to 2,810. Some 610 of these specialists work at Corporate Headquarters in Ismaning near Munich, some 2,200 are employed at HSE24 Call Centers and in Logistics.
